SEAFOOD LOCAVORE EXPERIENCE
Going back to our roots as a fishing village, we’re bringing you a Seafood Locavore Experience in partnership with the good folks from Scaled by Ah Hua Kelong. Join us and savour the fresh fruits of our local seas, direct from kelong to table, and discover all about the seafood harvesting process. With a bold menu co-crafted by our resident Chef Ryan and Chef Jovan from Scaled, expect 4 courses of innovative Asian-fusion flavours. Gather your foodie friends and grab your seats at this tantalizing feast that not only satiates your seafood cravings but also supports our local farmers!

As you can tell by our name, you’d pretty much know that we’re Japanophiles, and that includes our love for Sake, an age-old yet underrated spirit. Hence, we’re excited to present a bespoke Sake Pairing Appreciation Experience in collaboration with Haru Singapore and Epicurean Nomads. Join us for a night of rich and tantalizing flavours with a carefully curated menu inspired by the 4 seasons of Japan, featuring free-flow premium sakes from esteemed Japanese breweries, paired with artisanal canapés.

KAMAYAN FEAST
Join us for our inaugural Chun Dining Experience with the Kamayan, a traditional Filipino communal feast laid out on banana leaves for festive occasions. Prepared by our very own culinary consultant/partner chef Ryan Foo, come hungry and leave satisfied with this flavourful feast fit for a king! Get whisked on a culinary journey to the 7107 islands of the Philippines with traditional dishes from Ryan’s Filipino heritage such as Adobo Pork Belly, Calderata Chicken (the quintessential chicken stew), Ginataang Prawns (prawns simmered in coconut milk), and Lechon Kawali (crispy pork belly) and many more, piled high on steaming rice that lines the length of the table. So grab your pals, sign up and come on an empty stomach!

For the first time since ever, we’re opening our doors for the Chun Tsubaki Open Studio to end 2019 on a high. Our Open Studio has an exciting line-up that celebrates the makers’ process and the philosophy of ‘monozukuri’ (Japanese for) ‘craftsmenship’. The line-up includes the Chun Tsubaki x Gen Lee Pop-Up, Coffee Workshops by Butler Koffee, Passion Project Booths, Creative/F&B discussion panels, as well as a live band jam session by White Ribbon.
