Chun Tsubaki respects the confidentiality of Personal Data and privacy of individuals and is committed to complying with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). The PDPA is designed to protect the confidentiality of data and the privacy of individuals by regulating the way in which Personal Data is managed. Please read this Policy so that you know and understand the purposes for which we collect, use and disclose your Personal Data.

1.1 “Personal Data” refers to any data or information about you from which you can be identified either (a) from that data; or (b) from that data and other information to which we have or are likely to have access. Examples of such Personal Data which you may provide us include (depending on the nature of your interaction with us):
(i) your name, NRIC number, or other identification number, telephone number(s), mailing address, email address and any other information relating to you which you have provided us in any form you may have submitted to us, or in other forms of interaction with you;
(ii) information about your use of our websites and services, including cookies, IP addresses, subscription account details and membership details;

2.1 Generally, Chun Tsubaki collects your Personal Data in the following ways:
(i) when you submit forms relating to any of our products or services;
(ii) when you register for or use any of our services on websites owned or operated by us or when you register as a member of websites owned and/or operated by us;
(iii) when you use or purchase our services or products;
(iv) when you establish any online accounts with us;
(v) when you request that we contact you;
(vi) when you respond to our request for additional Personal Data;
(vii) when you ask to be included in an email or other mailing list(s);
(viii) when you respond to our promotions and other initiatives;
(ix) when you respond to our market surveys;
(x) when you submit a job application;
(xi) when we receive references from business partners and third parties, for example, where you have been referred by them;
(xii) when you browse our website.

3.1 Our business is to understand and meet your needs and provide you with the products and services that you require. To do this effectively, we need to collect a range of Personal Data about you.
3.2 In general, Chun Tsubaki collects, uses and discloses your Personal Data for the following purposes:
(a) to provide you with the products or services that have been requested;
(b) to help us manage the delivery of and enhance our products and services, including by analysing customer needs and identifying potential customer needs;
(c) to communicate with you and respond to your queries, requests and complaints;
(d) to provide ongoing information about our products and services which may be of interest to you;
(e) to handle disputes and conduct and facilitate investigations and proceedings;
(f) to protect and enforce our contractual and legal rights and obligations;
(g) to comply with any applicable rules, laws and regulations, codes of practice or guidelines or to assist in law enforcement and investigations by relevant authorities.
Studio Rental
By booking our studio, be it for gathering(s), photography purposes or for our social kitchen, you agree to comply with Chun Tsubaki’s Terms & Conditions as stated below.

The allocated booking time is inclusive of set-up, test shoot, makeup and post-shoot clean up etc. The hirer is to hand over the studio punctually in the original condition, at the end of the session.
The hirer will be charged for extra hours at 1.5 times of the agreed rate should there be any overtime.
Extension of booking session(s) is subjected to availability. Reduction of hours is not possible once the booking is confirmed.
Full payment applies even if the booking session ends earlier than the allocated booking slot.
Bookings are made on a first come first serve basis hence tentative bookings are not allowed.
Once the booking is confirmed, cancellations or amendments are subject to the management’s approval.

All prices displayed on our website are quoted in Singapore Dollars.
We accept payment via PayPal, Bank Transfer (DBS Current Account - 1009044241) or Cheque only.
For online payment via Stripe or PayPal, a 4 % transaction fee (to Stripe & PayPal) is borne by the Hirer - the final amount will be reflected on the checkout page.
We are not liable for any bank or credit charges for fund transfers. The Hirer shall bear the full cost of such charges.
To confirm the booking, a deposit of 50% of the total amount must be paid within 7 days from the signing of the quotation.
The deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited in the event of any cancellation or changes to the booking date(s).
Should the Hirer cancel or make amendments to the booking less than 7 days from the booking, the Hirer will have to bear the full cost of the booking.
An invoice will be issued for the remaining 50% of the balance and this amount must be paid within 7 working days of the booking.

By renting our equipment/studio/kitchen you agree to the following terms:
You acknowledge receiving the studio / equipment / kitchen from us in a good, clean and perfectly working condition unless specified in the equipment/studio details. We will not guarantee, assume responsibility or make any claims of the performance of the equipment once it is passed on to the hirer.
The studio / equipment / kitchen should be used with care and respect. The hirer should not in any way repair or materially alter the physical makeup of the equipment/studio.
It is the hirer’s responsibility to check with the studio manager for a list of acceptable materials, fog materials, etc. prior to the rental. The management’s approval is required before using any such materials. The management’s approval of any such materials shall not relieve hirer of liability for any damage as a result of the use of the material.
At the end of the booking session, the studio / equipment / kitchen should be returned to us in the same condition you received it. All areas should be cleaned, all garbage disposed and all equipment returned to their respective areas of the studio. Should there be damages or clean-up involved for the equipment/studio, the hirer shall be held responsible and the corresponding maintenance fees will be charged accordingly.

A corkage fee of $160 will be charged should the hirer decide to bring in their own alcohol for their booking slot.
Should the hirer decide to use an external caterer, there will be a surcharge of $80. Details of the other caterer have to be submitted to the Management for their reference.
A cleaning fee will be charged to the hirer if the studio is left uncleaned after it is handed over. The cleaning rates are as follows:
• $80 - Big productions with more than 15 pax
• $150 - Corporate/Private Gatherings (Parties, Workshops, Meetings, etc)
• $300 - Solemnisations/Weddings/Media Launches
In the situation where the studio requires additional manpower or equipment for cleaning/repair, the full cost will be borne by the hirer.
Experiences

1. Chun Tsubaki reserves full rights to accept or decline the registration of any participant for any reason, without explanation.
2. Only sign-ups with full payment will be deemed as confirmed. Payment must be made on the same day of the sign-up via Paypal or Bank Transfer to 1009044241 (DBS Current Account). We do not handle cash payment or bank transfer for Chun Experiences. Sign-ups without payment will be rendered null and void. Chun Tsubaki reserves the right to release the booking the next day.
3. Chun Tsubaki reserves full rights to amend or adjust the date, time, venue, content, or instructor of any scheduled experience.4. If the participant is unable to attend or stay the full duration of any experience, the participant cannot be granted a refund in full or in part, in cash or in kind. The participant also cannot be assigned a different date or time for any experience. The participant may arrange for a replacement to take the seat only if Chun Tsubaki receives the name, contact number and email of the replacement at least 24 hours in advance.
5. In the case of unforeseen circumstances whereby the Experience has to be cancelled, terminated or shortened, Chun Tsubaki will make the refund of the pro-rated course fee within 10 working days upon the notification of the change, via Paypal.
6. Multimedia including but not exclusive of photographs and videos taken by staff of Chun Tsubaki during any experience is used solely for publicity purposes of the experience and/or associated activities for Chun Tsubaki.7. All content and original materials for all experiences are property of Chun Tsubaki, and no part of it may be copied, modified, reproduced, given away or distributed in any media or form, for profit in kind or monies, or for free, without having obtained prior explicit written permission from Chun Tsubaki.
