Since 1892, The Balvenie has mastered the art of whisky brewing, serving up single malt whiskies with unique expressions underpinned by a distinctive honeyed character.
As part of their campaign to promote whisky pairing, The Balvenie tasked us to curate a series of fine dining recipes along with a photoshoot. We opted for warm tones to complement the golden hues of The Balvenieβs whisky. To evoke a sense of luxury, we created exquisite dishes with intricate plating, some even incorporate whisky as a key ingredient. Finally, styled raw fruits were used to highlight the whiskyβs tasting notes, while adding visual interest to each image.

Revelling in moonlit splendour, we partnered with Glenfiddich to develop not one but two exquisite snow skin mooncakes for Mid-Autumn Festival. Inspired by the brandsβ iconic whisky flavours, we worked closely to conceptualise the entire conceptβrecipe development & product manufacturing, packaging design, illustration, set design and photography.
The Glenfiddich Our Original Twelve Mooncake is an ode to the brandβs symbolic Valley with a Matcha-pistachio snow skin in a forest green hue and aromatic hints of apple, pear and vanilla. With a filling of roasted barley and brown sugar, it mimics the nuttiness of the whisky, offset by a white chocolate pear jam and whisky truffle at its core.
Encapsulating the mysterious allure of the twilight hour, the Glenfiddich Our Solera Fifteen Mooncake is enriched with hints of spicy, honeyed oak. Its skin is infused with dark ganache whisky truffle speckled with peppers and chilli for a light hint of spice. Its purple skin envelopes a filling of honey and orange blossom, which enhances the piquancy of the mooncake.

Located in 5-star hotel InterContinental Singapore, Idlewild is a destination cocktail bar inspired by the golden age of air travel. To celebrate their newly launched menu, we were commissioned to shoot a series of cocktails and beverages curated by their mixologist. To complement the drinks with the interior decor, we kept it simple by using the barβs interior lighting and multi-textured tabletops. The end resultβ elegant photographs with nostalgic cinematics of yesteryears.

In line with Tiger Beerβs Street Food campaign, we were commissioned to shoot a series of images, aimed at promoting our local hawker heritage. The brief was to style and shoot iconic local street food with a modem, elevated touch. Every single prop and tableware was carefully selected to complement the texture and colours of each dish. Paired with fresh draught tiger beer, the series effectively captured the essence of Singapore Hawker dining.

A long-term client of ours, we were thrilled when Guinness approached us to shoot their Guinness Mooncake collection. Complementing the obsidian hues of their signature stout brew, the natural decision was to employ dark tones with hints of gold to create an element of mystery for their mooncake collection.
Additionally, we were tasked to style and shoot Guinnessβ exclusive collaboration with a Chinese restaurant. A total of 3 dishes and a portrait chef image was shot and styled, featuring delectable recipes which infuse Guinness signature stout.
Almost Famous Craft Beer Bar

A partnership craft beer bar opened by our Director simply meant that both the interior design and food photography should be close to perfection, specifically minimalistic perfection. Needless to say, the minimalist theme extended to the photography and styling. By using grey concrete tones and dark serveware as the backdrop, it allowed the natural colour of the food and drinks to shine, making them even more eye-catching and visually appealing.
