Little Farms is a premium grocer in Singapore selling all-natural fresh produce of the highest quality. With the launch of their latest ready-to-eat meals, our food photographers were engaged to capture a series of product and mood shots to be used as communication collaterals.
In line with the theme of natural produce, we used bright lighting, and soft linens to visually connect the dishes. As much as ready-to-eat meals have a negative connotation of being ultra-processed, we wanted to showcase the wholesomeness of Little Farm’s version by using elements of fresh ingredients as part of the food styling.

Founded in 1999 in the U.S., Eclipse provides a range of breath-freshening mint products. In anticipation of their new Herbal Mint range for the Asian market, we were commissioned to shoot the key visual to be used on their website and advertising collaterals.
We wanted to showcase the ingredients for each flavour, but we faced a challenge regarding their large size relative to the Eclipse candy box. As a solution, we shot each element separately on a plain background and stitched them together in post editing. We also customised and 3D-printed stands based on the dimensions of the Eclipse boxes. We chose a neutral beige as the base, painting the boxes to match perfectly, and a brighter shade of yellow to complement the colour palette of the product packaging.

Located in Robertson Quay, the U.S. Center for Dairy Excellence (U.S. CDE) is the first of its kind established outside of the United States of America. Designed as a learning destination and ideation hub, it focuses on promoting dairy products and cementing its relationship with Southeast Asian business partners.
The brief was straightforward — shooting breakfast favourites and well-loved regional dishes with dairy products as the highlight. We curated a wide variety of dishes — appetizers, mains, desserts, and beverages. Each shot places the main dish front and centre, with embellishments of accompanying ingredients. Heritage dishes were given a warmer treatment and vintage props to evoke the aesthetics of yesteryears. In contrast, modern dishes and breakfast sets were given a cooler and brighter treatment, but with similar ingredient styling for a cohesive look and feel.

Karana is Asia’s first plant-based brand, producing wholesome meatless products out of jackfruit. Founded in 2018, Karana is an advocate of sustainability. It hopes to promote meatless dining via tasty, nutritious plant-based products in its overall goal to fight climate change.
Paying homage to its bright tropical roots, we utilised a vibrant palette based on Karana’s branding colours — sunshine yellow and sage green. To convey the idea of plant-based deliciousness, we used bright vegetables against primary colour backdrops for a splash of summer vibes. Finally, we created full table settings with iconic Asian dishes — Steamed Buns, La Mian, Dumplings and Banh Mi — juxtaposed with orange chopsticks and hands in frame to create a hearty communal dining setting.

Kühlbarra is a leading supplier of Barramundi in Singapore, farming their prized fish on our local shores and delivering their supplies to esteemed restaurants around the island while also retailing their fish in-stores and online. To grow their social media presence, Kühlbarra works closely with their restaurant clientele to feature their products in unique recipes to inspire their customers to try these dishes at the restaurants or recreate it at home.
As part of Kühlbarra’s marketing efforts, we were commissioned to shoot and style dishes from Kühlbarra’s clientele: Lokkee, Salted & Hung as well as Thomson Medical Centre. The brief was to keep the styling minimal so that the focus would be on the dish, with a further emphasis on the fish skin and side profile featured. To differentiate between the various restaurants, interior elements were used as the backdrop/surfaces for closer association. As for Thomson Medical Centre, a clean and bright styling approach was used to place emphasis on the healthy meals provided for patients.
