Located in the basement of Marina Bay Sands lies Rasapura Masters, a gourmet food court that brings together the best of Singapore street food.
Rasapura takes Laksa to the next level, elevating the humble street food with premium seafood for luxury in every bite. As an ode to Singaporeβs heritage as a fishing village, we used rustic textures such as hemp and rattan. Each main dish was embellished with complementary ingredients of dried chillis and banana leaves to fill the frame. Laksa and its seafood has natural warm tones of red and orange. To create a focal point, we contrasted the dishes with a muted grey background, allowing the hero dishes to pop naturally.

Karana is Asiaβs first plant-based brand, producing wholesome meatless products out of jackfruit. Founded in 2018, Karana is an advocate of sustainability. It hopes to promote meatless dining via tasty, nutritious plant-based products in its overall goal to fight climate change.
Paying homage to its bright tropical roots, we utilised a vibrant palette based on Karanaβs branding colours β sunshine yellow and sage green. To convey the idea of plant-based deliciousness, we used bright vegetables against primary colour backdrops for a splash of summer vibes. Finally, we created full table settings with iconic Asian dishes β Steamed Buns, La Mian, Dumplings and Banh Mi β juxtaposed with orange chopsticks and hands in frame to create a hearty communal dining setting.

Revelling in moonlit splendour, we partnered with Glenfiddich to develop not one but two exquisite snow skin mooncakes for Mid-Autumn Festival. Inspired by the brandsβ iconic whisky flavours, we worked closely to conceptualise the entire conceptβrecipe development & product manufacturing, packaging design, illustration, set design and photography.
The Glenfiddich Our Original Twelve Mooncake is an ode to the brandβs symbolic Valley with a Matcha-pistachio snow skin in a forest green hue and aromatic hints of apple, pear and vanilla. With a filling of roasted barley and brown sugar, it mimics the nuttiness of the whisky, offset by a white chocolate pear jam and whisky truffle at its core.
Encapsulating the mysterious allure of the twilight hour, the Glenfiddich Our Solera Fifteen Mooncake is enriched with hints of spicy, honeyed oak. Its skin is infused with dark ganache whisky truffle speckled with peppers and chilli for a light hint of spice. Its purple skin envelopes a filling of honey and orange blossom, which enhances the piquancy of the mooncake.

We had the pleasure of working with Capella Hotel Singapore, to produce a series of photographs to showcase their extravagant fine dining dishes.
For our 2019 photoshoot, we opted for a clean and natural light setting that allowed the colourful elements of the dish to shine naturally. The minimalist effect also retained an air of elegance, working perfectly to complement their branding as a luxury hotel.
The 2023 photoshoot showcased several hero dishes from Capellaβs new menu. To give an updated look and feel, we played around with light and shadows, using tropical plants like Monsteras to evoke the tropical landscape of sunny Singapore.
Similarly, the Lunar New Year shoot was given the same light and shadows treatment. This time, we opted for warmer lighting akin to sunsets. This alludes to the time for reunion dinners, where families gather and bask in the warmth of familial love.

The brainchild of Gen Lee in collaboration with our director C.R Tan, this branding project was conceptualised within a short timeframe of 2 months (during the circuit breaker no less).
With sourdough bombolini at the forefront, we aspired to create a brand that was fun and quirky, hip and trendy. To achieve this, a witty brand voice with βbombeβ puns and bright pop colours were used in the design and packaging. Accordingly, vibrant hues and harsh lighting were used in the photography to bring out the delicious flavour profiles of each Sourbombe.
